Processing
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 5-7 business days.
During periods of limited releases or high demand, processing times may be adjusted. Any updates will be noted on this page.
Shipping Origin
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers in New York City and Florida, USA. We also offer international shipping to select destinations.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through our selected carrier partners, which may include USPS, UPS, or other trusted delivery providers depending on the destination, service level, and fulfillment location.
Available shipping options and upgrades will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier conditions.
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow roughly 3 business days after dispatch for the first tracking update to appear. Some of our carrier partners may not display an initial scan until the package reaches the next processing facility or destination region.
Shipping Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact us promptly.
We will assist in resolving the matter as efficiently as possible.
Bespoke Production & Shipping
Aiko Tanaka Bespoke pieces are made to order. Once all design details and commission requests are finalized, please allow approximately 20-30 business days for creation and shipping, depending on the complexity of the piece.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and unaltered
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- The item must show no signs of wear or damage
Sale Items
All sale items are final.
They are not eligible for return or exchange unless a confirmed defect is present.
Bespoke Items
All Aiko Tanaka Bespoke pieces are made to order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Refunds
Approved returns will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Defects
Each Aiko Tanaka piece is carefully crafted with attention to material and form.
In the event of a confirmed defect, you may choose between:
- A replacement
- A full refund
Subtle variations in surface, tone, or form are inherent to the materials and are not considered defects.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will not be covered unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Order Changes
Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
